Would it be wiser to build a new townhome in east plano (off Spring creek by CCCC) or look to get a?

I live in this community you are referring to... KB home's Oakpoint.. I don't think the townhomes are a good value since they are SO close to the power lines. ... but the single family homes, away from the power lines are a good buy... the location is really good, close to the highway, lots of restaurants and shops, i definitely dont feel suburban at all.. and its right next to CCCC and the oakpoint park nature preserve with plans to transform the preserve in to a park with access directly from the community ... which'll be great !!! - Mon Jul 7 2008, 09:14
