Actually a fair amount of the delays come from the Conrail shared track, but the earlier you commute, the fewer delays you encounter---now that I take a 653 am train from Pfield, I very rarely encounter delays---when I took the 828, I ran into them about once a month. There is an email service from NJTransit that you can use to see delays as well. - Sun Feb 24 2008, 09:00
