Glenhardie condos in Wayne, PA - why so cheap?

I truly belevie that Glenhardie is seling cheap due to the management. I have heard horror stories about the lack of responsiveness from the management company. Beleive it or not a great management company can make a big difference and can also help keep the monthly fees under control as well. - Sat Jul 5 2008, 00:02

Would anyone recommend a good Management Company in the Phoenixville area?

I live in The Court at the Ledges and our management company is Reese Management. They are very professional and have done a nice job in the 2+ years that I have lived here. I think they manage a number of communities here in Phoenixville. - Fri Jul 4 2008, 23:53
