Well, I just moved into a condo that I bought pre-construction back in 2006 thinking it would be a good investment and intending to stay in Oak Lawn for a long while. Unfortunately, my new job that I started in 06 isn't working out so I am looking else where. So, to answer your question, I think it was a good investment if I could wait out the current market as I am next to the metra. Unfortunately, I need to move soon - so I am stuck with a very nice condo that I can't sell or rent! Hey - contact me if you are interested! judjohn@hotmail.com - Sat Jun 21 2008, 19:54
