I actually live there and I love the neighborhood. Most people take care of their yards and quite frankly we were all al ittle dry due to the lack of rainfall last summer. You see people jogging, walking their dogs & children. I love sitting out and watching my neighbors walk by and sayig hello. The kids in the neighborhood are polite (at least the ones that I have met) and so are all my neighbors. Most take care of their yards and it is a really pretty community especially when everything is in bloom. There are lack of trees but the neighborhood is still new and the trees are still growing. Most everyone has planted. I think this area has great access to the mall & the highway and we love it! I can get to Franklin in 30 minutes in the morning and who can say that coming from Murfreesbrough to Nashville. Traffic is not too bad and there is a back way to get around mall traffic.
