Vacation Property Needed in Naples

Steve answered:
Carol,
I am not an agent, just someone interested in Naples real estate. Chris states "close to the beach, waterfront view". So he obviously doesn't mean a lake or pond. I do agree there's a lot out on Immokalee Road, but six miles from the beach doesn't really meet the criteria of "close to the beach". Why can't anyone simply be honest, and tell Chris that his 200k is UNreasonable? - Tue Sep 2 2008, 11:58
Scott says "You can find all of this for that price range." Yeah, right! That's what I love. Realtors who fudge the truth just to get a customer. Does anyone smell a "bait and switch" coming?
Hey, Scott, if you can truly find everything that Chris is asking for, please contact me as well. I would love to buy a 2-bedroom, modern POOL home, close to the BEACH in NAPLES. In fact, I'll buy two of them. And my friends will probably buy a few as well. - Tue Sep 2 2008, 11:37

Steve answered:
Sorry, Brian and Diana, but I have to disagree with you. It's not just that Joanne misspelled REALTOR. She also got Qualified wrong. And, like I've heard so many real estate agents do, she probably pronounces the word as reeelaaator instead of reeeeaaaltor. Joanne does not have a website, and she has never participated on this site by answering any questions. It's obvious she posted her question to get potential buyers, like me, and sellers, to contact her, without offering any value as other real estate agents have on this site. Naples has thousands and thousands of real estate agents. Why would I use someone who does not have attention to detail (what else will she miss), can't spell (what do her contracts look like), is not tech-savvy (no website in this day and age?), and uses questionable marketing techniques (like the hit and run she did on this site)? Good luck to you, and even more luck to her. - Tue Jul 22 2008, 06:52
How about someone who can spell REALTOR? Or did you actually mean someone who relates? - Tue Jul 15 2008, 14:36
