We are thinking of buying duplexes in lubbock for rentals is this a wise investment?

If you do decide to buy investment property in Lubbock or anywhere else, PLEASE have a licensed inspector look at the property first. This is a very inexpensive way to find out the real condition of your real estate. And I don't want to hear, "But my lender says I don't have to." Safeguard yourself and your investment!
