Can I use trulia house database on my site?

Pulling Trulia data can be highly customized, and from my understanding, if you're within the terms of use you can put listings on your site (more than the home roll wizard offers, which is like 6) that are accessed through the Trulia API. Its all remotely hosted of course (all though the Trulia database and not yours). I dont know a whole lot about this, but from what ive gathered you can do what you are asking. I would make a report with the police department as soon as possible. I doubt they will gain any kind of squatter rights in a short period of time, but they can definitely be a liability if they are injured or something happens.

Traffic Blazer offers services that can be found online for free. There are better ways to get listed in searches engines organically rather than using these auto submission services, which in some cases be more harmful than helpful.
