I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house available and have rented to section 8 before. It is freshly painted, has new carpet & new appliances. Asking price is $1200 month + $50 for utilities - you pay for your own electric. The apt is located at 4027 Ave N 1/2 - Thu Feb 14 2008, 19:42
