From providing you with information about neighborhoods of your choice to handling all the details of your real estate transaction, you will be impressed with my outstanding customer service and attentiveness to your needs.
After growing up in Lexington I moved first to Lawrenceburg where I taught Special Education at Saffell Elementary then to Frankfort where I taught preschool and special needs students. I have so many fond memories of the families I got to know and students I helped.
It is wonderful now as a Realtor to be meeting and helping so many more people!
Whatever your real estate needs are: whether you are moving in, moving out or just moving on, give me a call and let's talk about your plans!

Yes, you're right, houses are still moving in this area! A Realtor would be the easiest way to find out what the average days on market are. It does vary by neighborhood so if you would let me know what neighborhood(s) you're thinking of, I'll look up the average days on market and let you know. - Fri Sep 26 2008, 12:42

This might be too far from shopping but they are very nice, water lines at the road, electric too of course. They're on Cedarmore Rd. Lot 2 is 8 acres for $37500. Lot 9 is 6 acres for $33000. Both are partly cleared/partly wooded and have nice building sites. If you want more details, email me and I'll send them to you! - Fri Sep 5 2008, 13:01

Frankfort Kentucky? You can get a look by going to maps.live.com or local pva office may be able to give you exact boundaries. - Wed Aug 20 2008, 18:29

Ask your realtor, these are things he should have helped you deal with! If you aren't working with one, call me, I'll be happy to help you. There are a LOT of good houses for sale right now! - Tue Aug 19 2008, 12:17

What a mess! I don't think the bank can make you buy the house. If you still want it you could be sure the bank knows that or just wait it out and after the bank foreclosures on it, (a month or so from now) they will put it up for sale again and you may be able to pay less for it. Did you give an earnest money deposit? Your agent should be able to get that back for you. You really need to talk to your agent who should be able to tell you exactly what's going on. If not satisfied, find another Realtor to work with! When buying a home, esp a bank owned one, you've got to have someone working just for you for your protection. - Tue Aug 19 2008, 12:15
Other than helping people buy and sell homes, I love to: work in my garden, play with my 3 dogs (Dusty, Bandit & Brindle), ride motorcycles, go to the beach, "ebaying", finding "treasures" with my metal detector
