Walnut Hills is the neighborhood to look at. It is within walking distance of UD and we already have several people from the law department living in the neighborhood. Lots of rental homes with rents less than $600 a month. We plan to do a 5-day sale on our residence house in August or September so that we can finally move into the one that I have been renovating for seven years which is in the heart of the same neighborhood! Expect our house to sell for between $75,000 and $85,000. You are welcome to contact me through my blog site shown below if you are in town and want a preview.
