Can anyone tell me about Silver Creek communities?

Silver Creek built a subdivision in Newnan (Lake Zachary) but will not stand behind their work. Many of the residents of Lake Zachary have had or are having a problem getting their warranty items taken care. Lake Zachary is their only subdivision in Coweta County so once they sell a house they leave the homeowner to correct many of the first year issues. One resident had to get the county building inspector involved in order to get the leak in his roof repaired along with all the damage that the leak caused. A year later and the repairs still aren't finished. Stay away from them. - Fri Mar 28 2008, 13:05
