How can I find out the developer of a new building.?

Is there a reason why a listing agent at an open house would not give a potential buyer a sheet with pricing?

HI Sylvia,
They are brand new units in a new bldg..I believe they are at 30% sold. I just find it odd. The whole vibe was off..there were 3 agents there..no one really seemed liked they cared if the bldg was selling...WE told her we were serious..and she still said..cant give out sheet with pricing!

I even emailed the other agent to ask what else was available with pricing..and she never returned my emails!!!

Nope..she said twice that she was NOT allowed to give it out?!! She had it in her hand as she was taking us around to the units. Its a big building with many layouts. I am a little put off. Do they want to sell the units or not? Is th is standard? - Fri Jul 18 2008, 05:39
