Are there any upscale neighborhoods in Vancouver? If so where are they?

We moved to Vancouver from the bay area. We are on Prune Hill, in the Grand Ridge subdivision which is in the area of Camas on the border with Vancouver. It's right off the highway that takes you to the airport and Portland so the location is great for travel. But it feels relaxing and beautiful, not as congested as the suburbs off Route 5.
