As for Newportfiji, most commissions as you know are percentages... so if what you say about the buyers paying because the commission is built into the price, then wouldn't agent compensation change accordingly during purchase price negotiations between buyer and seller??? I think you need to be a little more specific as to your situation, what you are looking for, etc... what do you have in mind, exactly? As far as I know, TIC is TIC, right?
