I heard there are now some fractional projects in Miami.. Do you have any advice about them? One is the Ritz

Another fractional in Miami is the St. Regis Residence Club Bal Harbour. This is part of a 3 tower development that will also include whole ownership and condo-hotel units. - Thu May 15 2008, 10:15
