Not really looking to do either at the moment. An out-of-state friend asked me for the research. He's interested in the foreclosure market, but not in the immediate future is my guess.

I'm a local home inspector here in Vegas and I do a lot of advertising through email, but I also know how frustrating and time consuming it can be going through all the junk email out there. Thank you so much for your information. Unfortunately I do not have MLS access. What I'm trying find are rates and statistics for single family homes renting in the south and southeast valley - Geen Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, Henderson, etc. (spec. 89011, 89012, 89015, 89052, 89074 . . . ). I am trying to determine how much an investment property could rent for in a specific area and how long it would it take to rent it out, given the current market. Thanks again!
