I have a daughter who is moving to Scottsdale area in the late summer. Where is the best place for her to?

I work in Scottsdale and my wife and I made the decision not to live there. Instead we live a little further N/W. We built a new toll brothers home in the 86085 area code. Have her look at homes East of I 17, North of Happy Valley Road, South of Carefree Hwy. Seach north of Happy Valley along Norterra Parkway, and North Valley Road.
