Any property managers out there in Ft Collins? What is the rental market like for investment real estate?

I use Faith Property management company - for the most part they are pretty good, never went more than a week without them finding a tenant. If you don't use a property management company, just make sure your rental property doesn't become a meth lab/marijuana growing in the basement farm - the neighbors hate that! A good indication is when people park in the driveway and someone comes out the front door to "talk" to the guy through the car window and then the driver leaves. It's a problem when this occurs multiple times during the day and night. Make sure your neighbors know who to call should they witness this type of activity.
