I'm an empty nester who has bought and sold several properties. One sale was by owner, but most were through an agent, and all the purchases were through an agent. I learned a few things in the process, the most important of which is how valuable having a true professional on your side is.
My daughter who is a Realtor told me about Trulia, and all the buyers and sellers who think they can ask a few questions and do it themselves or say mean spirited things, so I thought I would take a look for myself.

My daughter recently became a Realtor, and I think she is worthy of every nickel she earns. I like Jim's approach of asking a rhetorical question, so I'll add one of my own.
