Jeff and Daniel - Thanks for all the education. 621 W. Hoover should show up in the MLS today or tomorrow, I filed paperwork on Friday. Although I think I am completely trustworthy, I can understand the concerns of a buyer's agent. I know I wouldn't want to work for free!

To use the words of Daniel, Let's just get it sold! Thanks again everyone for taking the time to provide all your learnings.

Daniel, correct me if I am wrong (and other realtors too), but isn't it against the law not to show homes that are a good fit for your client, regardless of who lists the property? You are suppose to be representing the interests of the buyer, not yourself. Maybe the realtor law is different in Michigan than down in Louisiana. - Sun Nov 9 2008, 14:03
