About Me
You were searching... You were looking... Who is more reliable? To whom you could trust? The right Real Estate agent is like your personal shrink -- you could say him things that you would never say to anyone else.
I am a specialist in foreclosures and short sales in residential Real Estate. I am speaking English, of course, have two native to me languages, Russian and Ukranian, understand Spanish, Polish, Slovak.

I came to Real Estate from Information Technology. After long roads of programming code, variety of web pages, and tiresome days as a Project Manager I decided to change a field. Do I have more freedom now? Absolutely! Am I enjoying to be in Real Estate? No doubt! I will answer your questions and ask mine, please, feel free to talk!

I wish you good luck with all your new Real Estate transactions!

What form would I need to add my name back onto our deed?

Stan Mikhalsky answered:
Usually it is a quit claim deed. It could be done in any RE office and notary verified. The best way is make an appointment to County Property Appraisal office. They will guide you through the process. - Tue Jan 8 2008, 09:48

Even though I am living in FL now, I lived in Bergen County, NJ and I remember a nightmare of GW bridge. Closest city is Fort Lee, has a lot of condos, and upscale communities such as Engelwood Cliffs. Rental there would be expensive but closer then that you could not find.
Answering your first question is extremely difficult because everywhere around Manhattan traffic is very dense. I would say you could spend around 30 minutes to hour 15 minutes for your commute. - Sat Jan 5 2008, 07:43

In addition, a good real estate agent could always find a deal for you in MLS. So, you have a plenty info to start)) - Fri Jan 4 2008, 07:03

How do I find information about the history of a house?

Stan Mikhalsky answered:
Interesting that it is a requirement in CA -- quite opposite in FL. You don't have to disclose this info and so far nobody asked me if someone died in the house or not. However, it is not requires as I said before. - Thu Jan 3 2008, 12:48
Stan Mikhalsky answered:
Dominique, what kind of professional services? Financial, debt adviser? And on top of your mortgage how much for all your other bills? I could recommend you to someone but if you could be more specific in your expenses. - Sun Dec 30 2007, 10:08
