How would you describe the social scene in Saint Marys?

the bar scene isnt that hot , the guys seem to way out number the women at pretty much every bar in town but then again I dont go out much later than 10 pm so it may change at later hours ... Atlantic Beach has a bar on the weekends that is hopping though just before the Sea Turtle Inn ... but other than that it just isnt as much fun as in the early ninetees .... - Wed Oct 10 2007, 14:51

property prices have really gone up.I built my home in 1998 for under $80,000.00,now houses in my neighborhood are selling at aprx $138,000.00 with some a couple of years ago going at $159,000.00.The newspaper said that they anticipate the area growing three times the size, so long term prices sound like they may really go up .... but who knows - Wed Oct 10 2007, 13:55

the worst part is the intersection in front of the Hospital where there are so many traffic collsiions.They need to put in a traffic light there,but instead have lowered the speed limit which does absolutely nothing to stop homicidal drivers from crashing into people - Wed Oct 10 2007, 13:43
