I consider myself to be extremely knowledgeable of real estate in Kings County, Queens County, Richmond County and Nassau County.I have been actively employed by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Bank for the past three and one half years. My expertise at Wells Fargo is working directly with developers, realtors, attorneys and accountants. My job consists of educating first time homebuyers, and current homeowners who are in need of cash out, lowering thier existing mortgge rate or those who are looking to refinance from an adjustable to a fixed rate, and taking applications to begin the process of qualifying people for a home mortgage. I also work directly with realtors and developers to provide excellent customer service to them in order for them to provide me with referrals.
