Looking for commerical property for sale in Tabor City, NC, don't see any. Am I missing it?

Hi Jennifer - I second Emily's recommendation. I have used LoopNet to search commercial listings in the past and found it very helpful. LoopNet is similar to Trulia in the idea that it is a marketplace of listings, but it focuses on commercial instead of residential. Also like Trulia, LoopNet has some cool search stuff, to make it easy to find what you are looking for. I also would contact a local commercial broker, as they will have the most insight, particularly in a small town, where everyone knows everyone. I don’t know Tabor City, but I am guessing it is a smaller city/town? Here are some links to commercial listings in the area on LoopNet. I only found 1 listing in Tabor City, but did see a bunch of listings in Columbus County, NC. Oh and LoopNet has a “Find a Broker” link at the top of their site to find a broker in the area if you want to search commercial brokers. Good luck!
