Actually, I'm getting ready to list my townhouse. It's located in midtown, and only 5/10 minutes to SCO.

I just finished remodeling the entire 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath + bonus room. Granite counters, hardwood floors, new roof, bonus room, parking, stainless appliances. In a great area with even better neighbors. (There are a couple residents who own here.) The condo fees are really low...about $70/mo.

Feel free to email or call me. I'm getting ready to sell my townhome; it's located only a few blocks from the College. (A couple of residents own in here, actually). I just redid the entire place...brand new kitchen (granite, stainless appliances), new bathrooms (2.5 total). The HOA fees are so low, and we have $ in the budget for a gated entrance!
