I have bought multi unit property here in the GO ZONE. I went solo with no agent. Attorneys handle the closing and paperwork and most properties have signs. Get on your negotiating hat and jump on in. Just don't try to buy what I'm looking at. LOL Welcome to the Coast. - Tue May 27 2008, 21:00
