Should I get a buyer's agent? How? Also, are all homes for sale listed on MLS sites?

Please note that if you contract with a buyer's agent and do end up wanting to buy a FSBO property, if the owner does not want to pay the agent's commission, then you would need to pay it--even if you found the house yourself - Wed Aug 6 2008, 00:36
