Should we purchase a new house and walk away from the upside down crappy mortgage house?

talk to your bank about short sales where they take alot less but i know them banks their stubborn about helping anyone its not fraud to walk if your disgusted its the bank that took the chance altough itll hurt your credit but you gotta do what you gotta do to keep a roof over yr families head right ? hell with the bank if i was upside down that much id buy the other home and say f the other bank let me have the friggin boat anchor, i have 200 k equity on two homes a rental and amy home and them greedy creepy bank wont even lend me to stay afloat i hate the banks their the devils of the world hahaha banks stink period - Mon Sep 29 2008, 19:31

al not to sound like a sales man but for 460,000 i have abuetifull new 3000 sq foot home on a city acre for sale its a rancher you easily could rent it out for the payment of 2500 mo and use it also as a vacation home its in post falls between coeur d alene and spoknae in the country and you can have horses and shops if interested my email is Luckyfella2001@aol.com also that the assessed value from the county it appraised at 515,000 - Wed Jun 4 2008, 14:51

house was for sale now the MLS expired, house still vacant. What can we do to let owner know we're interested?

p knox are you talking about the riverfront home in post falls at 5583 shorline drive ???????that was listed by buetler and associates ???????and now is not ?????? let me know wheatehr yr talking about this home or not and do it fast as i personally know the owners of the home and their not wanting at this time to involve realtors and are doing it fsbo eaither way if its the dream home your wanting info on or not let me know either way at Luckyfella2001@aol.com or call me leave a message at 208 691 5507 let me know asap either way thanks - Sun Jun 1 2008, 14:25
