I have a great house for sale in Winston, OR. I am trying to sell it for $20,000 less than it was appraised for 3 years ago only because I am moving to Hawaii and getting married. I have done a lot of work to the house and yard and would not be selling in the economy except my heart is pulling me elswhere. I love gardening and have space for a large vegetable garden in the back of my property. I also have a couple trellises that I grow green beans on. The front yard has roses, rhododendrons, torch lilies, daffodils, crocuses, irises, strawberries, blueberries and many other flowers and plants that I either can't think of or don't know the name of. I have several mature shade trees including a lovely cedar that produces great shade in the summer and wonderfully fragrant limbs for holiday decorating.
I also enjoy having friends and family over. The 10x20 covered back porch includes a nearly new propane bar-b-que and the porch has a great view of the fireworks show the city puts on at the 4th of July and New Years.
Exercising is also an interest of mine. We are only 1 mile from 2 city parks, one has 2 tennis courts, a basketball court and playground equipment in addition to lots of green space. The other boast playground equipment and a new skate park in addition to being on the riverfront and having a baseball field. Its also next to the junior high which has a great track for jogging.
