I would hate to give more attorneys more money, but you might find it to be cheaper for you that way. Unless you Agents can offer some service for a negotiable price. Thank You All for your response. I will try to apply more information now. Basically, why do I get four different answers from four different professionals on the same application?
I have had my house listed three seperate times by three different realtors. I also had the house appraised.
In North Carolina, MLS has a specific line item in the description of the property, "number of rooms". The Appraisal stated number of rooms as well. North Carolina also has specific guidlines for the use of the MLS.

In NH county property owners or building representitive would need to pull a permit or permits. If Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing was placed into the conversion, and their was no permits, than their is a risk of faulty work in those areas.
