We are selling by owner our 2+ bedroom, 2 bath well maintained home that is about 1 mile from your daughter, a nice walk on pleasant days. 1830 Sheridan Road. We are just above Purdue, in a mature wooded, friendly neighborhood. It has a perennial garden, private, fenced. Did you find somewhere yet?

We are selling our home by owner, 1830 Sheridan Road, which is 0.6 miles from Purdue campus, Northwestern Heights Neighborhood Association, mature, wooded neighborhood with many younger families moving in. We are also in the West Lafayette School District. Buses transport younger children to their schools from around the city. Our house is just within the limit for the high school buses. The main grocery stores are about 5 min by car from here, 3 major ones.
