Hi Dan,

You should be able to call any real estate office & ask them for an MLS printout... if you have a range or type of home you are interested in they can break it down that way as well. I first moved to Oconee County, Watkinsville area in 1985 & I have always loved it... even as it has grown & changed. My mom was a real estate broker before she passed away, so I grew up knowing a lot about real estate & can tell you it's a great area for resale & will only improve in time with the 316, 78 & 441 corridors. I have a beautiful home for sale in Oconee if you are interested. It's located at 2061 Keeneland Drive in Watkinsville, in one of the most desireable neighborhoods/areas of Oconee, if you want to google it. It is listed with a friend of mine who is an agent in Greensboro/Lake Oconee area who happens to be a neighbor. If you'd like I'm certain he would run recent sold home prices for you. He is Lamar Callaway with Coldwell Banker/Lake Oconee Properties. Hope that helps! Robin - Fri Apr 24 2009, 18:15
