Yes...contract is terminated. - Fri Oct 3 2008, 14:01
ok--We have been with this agent since jan. He started out strong! As time went by,he did'nt return phone calls or emails the same day, he was late for appointments and he took us to homes that didn't have what we were looking for .He didn't stay on top of new homes that were listed AND we had to tell him about the homes we found online that we really liked. Ok,do we work for you....or DO you work for us???
We decided to end our contract with him and move on to another agent who is READY TO ROCK!
She said you need an unconditonal release so knowone gets sued. We called and explained what we decided,he says NO! I will not release you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
jAN is a long time, it's time to move on! We have contacted everyone under the sun...got all the papers But the stupid lockbox was still on the door! Today We bought new locks and NOW THE NEW agent can do her thing! I hope this helps! Thanks again! - Fri Oct 3 2008, 13:22

We just want to be RELEASED from our agent to go with someone else. He's had more than 7 months to produce. Thanks to everyone for taking time to offer suggestions. - Thu Oct 2 2008, 12:38
Thank you very much for your suggestions. Our agent has agreed to provide the forms I need.
I'm signing with another agent next week.
I did'nt want to bash my agent with horror stories on how she didn't come through on so many occasions........I just wanted to know how to get out of this situation. - Sun Sep 28 2008, 10:50
