thanks for the response. I have a real estate agent and a lawyer on my side. I will contact a closing company. Some say closing companies and title companies charge different??????? I am planning on checking that out. - Tue Sep 23 2008, 11:53
Thank you for confirming my next step. That was my plan ! I appreciate your advise. - Tue Sep 23 2008, 08:06
Sorry you won't get my profit. But another realtor could. - Tue Sep 23 2008, 07:39
Thank you. We want the buyer to be protected as well as ourselves. If we do it sooner then we have time to make repairs and they can do a re-inspect prior to close if they want too. - Thu Sep 18 2008, 09:40
We are FSBO. We are not selling as is but would agree to make repairs up to 1,000. The main thing question: does OK have a law that states that close date must be for example: within 2 months of the inspection? Surely, you can't do an inspection 3 months prior to the close. I just don't think the lenders would agee. What do you think? - Thu Sep 18 2008, 09:14
