Are you still looking for a home in Tampa? We are preparing to sell our home and it is in an ideal location given the parameters you describe -- it is in South Tampa one block south of Kennedy and two blocks west of Armenia. I work in Ybor City (very close to TGH) as well as at USF -- the commute is under 10 minutes to Ybor and 20 min to USF.
