Hi, my name is Marcy Blume. I am not a realtor, but have my mom's villa up for sale. The villa is detached, 2200 sq ft. Looks like a model home. The condo association allows small dogs, no problem. I understand your dilema, I have 2 small companion dogs. They are called emotional support dogs. If you have a letter from a doctor, you cannot be refused. Emotional support dogs have the same rights as seeing eye dogs. I found this out from a flight attendant and checked it out with an attorney. You may want to do the same in the States to be safe. Take a look at my condo on Realtors.com. The address is 7860 Beechfern Circle, Tamarac, FL 3332. It's a great community. There are many people with small dogs in this section. I am also willing to sell the furniture separately. Everything is like new. You can call me at 804-339-4535 (cell) 804-379-4209 (home). I will return your call. For your information..... When you travel via air with your dog.... the airline will not charge you a fee and your dog will not have to be pushed under the seat in front of you. Since most flights allow only 2 pets aboard, you will be happy to know that your little one will not be considered in this same catagory. Even if there are 2 dogs on board, you are still able to bring yours for no additional fee. It was a blessing to me during my mother's illness when I traveling back and forth each month from Virginia, to Florida. I hope this helps. Please take a look at my listing. There is a great golf course, tennis etc. I think you will like it. I just want some nice people to live in the home that my mother and father loved. What kind of a dog do you have? - Tue Mar 18 2008, 08:33
I am not a realtor, but I have my mom's home up for sale in Tamarac, FL. It is located in a Country Club Community called Woodmont. If you go to Realtors.com, type in Tamarac, FL 33321. The address is 7860 Beechfern Circle. It is a detached villa. Condo association. Just like new. Move in condition. Would be willing to sell some of the furnishings. Tamarac is about 20 minutes from the Ft Lauderdale beach. Take a look and see what you think. I'm looking for a clean deal with no contingencies. - Tue Mar 18 2008, 08:05
