I am thinking on relocating my family to North Carolina, Can anyone please tell me the best surburbs?

We live in western nc, surry county. 4 hours from beach but to finish raising kids it is ideal. quiet, good top ranking schools, good friendly neighbors, close to shopping, close to Winston Salem(40 min). it is beautiful; view of the mountains(20 min) to parkway. 4br, 3 ba full basement 12 acres. excellent location. we are looking to sell in the next 2 years-we are desiring to move near family, eastward or SC. raised our kids here and we are thankful for that. time to move on! mid 40's and kids grown.

Hello, we are looking to sell our home near Mt. Airy in the next couple of years. It fits most of your description. it was built in 2003;full basement also PLUS 12 acres. it is quiet here and nice. good top ranking schools and good neighbors you can't find anywhere else. we are looking at moving closer to family in eastern part or south carolina. our price will be a little higher but well worth it .
we are going to probably sale ourselves. have dealt with a great lawyer before with sales.
