No, I haven't spoke to anyone. I did try to call the listing agent listed for the houses above, but I never got an response. Can I not do that? And I'm okay to talk to the agents at open houses right? This is so much more complicated that I thought. - Fri Sep 5 2008, 12:10
Oh goodness, hope I haven't already messed things up. I haven't met with a Buyers Agent or discussed anyone becoming our agent. So hopefully I have not caused issues or concerns. I have been asking all my questions on here and have been going to open houses and doing as much research as possible on the homes I am interested in (Trulia, Zillow, Realtor). Hope I haven’t given away too much info too.....I never thought of that! Thanks for all your advice, I really do appreciate it! - Fri Sep 5 2008, 11:43
Hey David, that link doesn't take to to a home listing but a place to fill out my home buying info. Do I need to fill it out to get linked to the home? - Sat Aug 30 2008, 11:15
Nope I don't know the address, I was trying to find it but getting no where with the website it directed me to....it seems to good to be true but I wanted to check it out. I just looked at the post again and they have since taken the photo down.... - Tue Aug 26 2008, 21:08
Oh yes, I completely agree! What we have been told we will be approved for and what we are willing to spend are two completely different things! - Wed Aug 27 2008, 07:40
We just sold our home and are now in a short term lease while we look for another home. We don't have a buyers agent yet, we are getting all our paperwork submitted to our lender so we can be pre-approved before we start seriously looking. - Tue Aug 26 2008, 19:56
Thanks Chris for your answer. Just by looking at the price tag of 260K for the home it is out of my price range and I wouldn't even look at it. I just happened upon it when searching for open houses this upcoming weekend and on a whim I checked out the county appraisal which IS in my price range. So I guess as a buyer this this just confuses me even more b/c the listing price scares me off but the county appraisal makes it look like a home I might be interested in. - Tue Aug 26 2008, 18:23
