Thanks for all the advise but it's not exactly what I need in this situation. Our house is in excellent condition with new roof, windows, siding, doors, deck, new bedroom, updated kitchen and bath, and new floors which were all done within the last 4-5 years. Our realtor originally stated we could get a certain price for the property according to comparables. Apparantly, all of our comparables have drastically lowered their prices. So drastically that we end up paying out of pocket while the realtors walk off with several thousand. I don't believe there has been any above and beyond work besides listing it on the internet. I'm not going to go into it but we've had several issues. Anyway, my contract does not state anything about how or what happens if we terminate early. That's what I want to know about. Can we terminate it regardless of what we do with the property afterwards? - Wed Jul 16 2008, 08:26
