how do i find a house with land contract in my area , i live in dearborn and i want to stay in the area . i

I have two options for you. One may be a land contract but I also am looking for a substantial family (good references, ethics, etc. more important than good credit right now) but with a desire to imporve and succeed. A family who could use a "leg up." I am in a position to bless a family in a way that would have made all the difference in the world to us back in 1965.
