I am actually selling my mobile home now. Its 3/2 16x80 built in 2004. It's in the Village Green community off of Pratter Rd and Bible Rd. I'm looking for somone to do a TOE (Take Over Equity) essentially you'ld have to come up with $1200 (3months payments) and It's yours provided you pass the mortgage lenders requirements. The mortgage is $393.11 and the lot rent is $252. The good thing with the TOE is you won't have a house payment for the first 3 months (just lot rent).
