Rent w/option or Rent to Own in NWA

My house is for sale...MLS #519561 but I'm willing to consider rental with option to buy later. Honestly, mine probably doesn't have enough acreage but if you know of anyone who might be interested, would love to talk about options. 3 BR / 2 BA; I was the first owner so very liveable.
