Looking at buying a condo in the River North area. Does anyone have suggestions?

My condo is for sale at 345 N La Salle - just went on the market this week - I just got married and am motivated to sell. 1 bedroom 1 bath...30K worth of upgrades for not much money!!...granite/stainless kitchen/hardwood floors/custom bath/7-11 and subway, CVS in building, 24 hour doorman, pool, tennis courts and fitness center. Listed for $289K.
