I think most of us are skeptical these days, for good reason. There is a non-profit that has a partner page to provide you with some resources. If you're not sure of the reputation, I would definately use offerangel.com to help you figure out if your dealing with someone that is upfront. - Fri Sep 28 2007, 12:23

I'm not sure if there is a "best" but there is a company that happens to be out of AZ that may help you see the differences in the loans you are considering. Most of it is free, it's worth a look. - Fri Sep 28 2007, 12:18
