Hi. It is a 2 story but does have a first floor master bedroom and walk-out basement if that helps. Very nice home with upgrades such as solid pine 6 panel wood doors, gas fireplace, custom tiled bath with 2 person corner whirlpool tub. Nicely decorated, move in condition.
