Im looking for lakefront property in Orlando to build and was told about Clear Lake - Any Advice on this area?

I have a home for sale on Lake Fairview. It is over 5,000 sq ft and just minutes to Winter Park, College Park and downtown Orlando. Unfortunately the market conditions have forced us to sell. The address is 1766 Fairview Shores Drive, Orlando 32804. (My son even has a Red Sox color scheme in his room.)
