Well the agent said that it was priced right, but I have had 2 other agents saying that I am giving it away. As a matter of fact, when the realotors came and toured my home, the concencious was that I was under value, and it should sell quick. Then I had a friend tell me that he sold her moms house and that later they found out that she could have gotten more based on neighbors selling in same year. Then I have heard several other people comment that he prices low. So I am not sure. I purchased the house for 170,000 added a screen in porch, a deck and a rock bridge leading to the deck. I did extensive landscaping. I added granite tile to kitchen, refinished my hardwood floors, and redid both bathroom floors. I also repainted and changed every fixture/fan to update. It looks as if it was built in 07. I fiqured it up, If I sell at the listed price. I would have lost money on a house I have had for 8 years. Maybe I should stay and homeschool. I think that would have been cheaper. OH WELL! - Sat Jul 12 2008, 05:57
