I am an investor , but I only buy in Youngstown , because I understand the City . I don't buy in areas I'm not familiar with . I have criteria as to type of property , condition , neighbourhood & tenant quality . I manage my properties through a local property manager . - Fri Feb 8 2008, 15:09
