if youre shopping around, i am an owner of 3 condos down in the area. all are within 1-2 years of age. i myself invested back in 2005 right before the peak.
im looking to unload some of properties. if interested contact me to discuss. have on beach area condo, and 2 golf condos. all are 3 bedroom 1200sqft plus.
i currently have a 6 month lease, and two 1 yr leases in the properties since the rentals have really slowed down over past year.

karla, if you decide on myrtle beach, def contact me. im not a broker. im a seller. i have a few properties down in myrtle. all condos. 3bed 2bath 1400sqft units. im selling well below mortgage amount. looking to get out asap. in the price range your looking i have 2 condos inside the world tour international golf course. grande villas. go ahead and take a look online. the units were purchased in 2005-2006 preconstruction at $279,900. im looking for $215k to get out. i will be bringing lots of money to the table. if interested just let me know.

DANA, IM NOT FAMILIAR WITH BLUE WATER RESORT. IM AN OWNER IN THE TILGHMAN BEACH AND GOLF RESORT. IF YOURE LOOKING INTO OTHER BUILDINGS,I WOULD SUGGEST THIS BUILDING. IM OWN A A PENTHOUSE 3BED 3 BATH UNIT WITH GOLF VIEW. IM LOOKING TO WALK AWAY FROM UNIT BC I HAVE OTHER INVESTMENT PRPPOERTIES DOWN THERE AND WILL BE LOOKING TO EASE THE LOAD COMING IN JANUARY.
